why did they decide to block multiply? they should block other sites. i think other sites that have more questionable materials can still be accessed.
in other news, i should be in class right now, practice court with judge bonifacio. we can take long weewee breaks as long as your group is not on deck.
bought hugo boss na long sleeves sa ukay last night for just 150 bucks. wala lang. sabi nila ok daw yun so binili ko na. ok naman yung fit.
ano pa ba? hmmmm.. ate cake this afternoon courtesy of mars and lea. 2 years anniversary nila. si lea ayaw manlibre pero si mars ambilis pumayag. nagpadeliver kami sa red ribbon tapos may message pa on top of the cake.

news daw sa tv patrol na yung tax teacher namin kinasuhan ng graft and corruption, lumipad na raw papuntang states.
paano na yung test namin sa monday? paano na yung grades namin sa tax 1? early christmas ba to? haha
kakatapos lang ng test ko sa franchising. sabi pa nung prof last week, "just study your other subjects". eh tae pala siya, di kaya masagot yung mga tanong niya kung hindi ka nagbasa. binola ko na lang nga yung mga sagot eh. tapos na in 45 minutes. pffft... sana mataas grade ko dun.

today, i was ready to use my "i'm not supposed to get called today 'coz i'm supposed to have good karma today. so just call somebody else" card. good thing i had no need for it.
2nd week bar-ops was better than the 1st except for the muziklaban that happened a stone's throw away from the hotel. i've never seen so many people dressed in black. do you really have to wear black when you go to those kind of events? got the blue tips from school at around 4 am and there were still a lot of people in the muziklaban. it was my first time to transport the blue tips, i always was the "back-up" car before. holding the tips feels different from just following the car that has the blue tips in case something happens to the car that is holding the blue tips.
the tax test was extended for 1 hour. had to wait at taft 'til dark. seeing all those sad faces was really draining. hopefully next week will be better. i guess there's nothing "basic" about this year's test.
yahoomail is acting up again. freaking thing won't allow me to download an attachment. pfft..

I only update when there is something more important that I have to do.
So what is the thing that I should be doing? My thesis outline and bibliography. I chose a simple topic that I'm sure will be rejected just for the sake of submitting something. This is my first time doing a "real" thesis because the thesis I did back in college was called a "baby" thesis by our department. Back then, I chose a topic that would make me go to Davao for a week in Kadayawan.
But now, thesis sucks. I chose the need to revise the laws on adultery and concubinage for gender equality. Its kind of cheating because my mom and my sister are gender advocates or something to that effect.
And there's this other thing that I should be doing, an appellant's brief for a child molester. I'm supposed to make an appeal for this person who was found guilty for molesting his 10 year old adopted child. What happened was basically the child's word against the dad's word.
"more credence is given to the testimony of a child that has been allegedly molested over the self-serving testimony of the accused bla bla bla..." i have to find jurisprudence against this doctrine..
Hell, I'm not even sure if I still have to do all this things because Tax-1 grade has not arrived yet. I hope he doesn't fail me.

di talaga dumating grades ko sa email. di rin yata dumating yung iba. so pinakuha ko na lang sa friend ko kaninang hapon. tumawag siya at sabi niya "maghanap ka na ng place na pwede ka magintern". wow, naisip ko agad na pasado ako sa lahat ng subjects. yun pala 4 out of 6 pa lang yung nagsusubmit. wala pa yung tax at p.i.l., eh yung tax pa naman yung kinakabahan ako. gading kasi eh. oh well.. at least sure na ako pasado kahit 75 yung dalawang subjects na natira. basta ipasa lang talaga nila ako. sana. *cross fingers and toes*
sa mga nakakatandang nagbabasa ng lj na to, ano ok na electives kunin? yan di masyado heavy kasi may crim.pro. pa ako na uulitin. any suggestions? prince? queen? shockresist? any one? haha
siguro mag-iintern na lang ako sa SEC or PAO for 120 hours before summer ends. pwede sana sa ACCRA Davao. maghahanap muna ako ng proxy para enrolment. shet lang kung biglang lumabas yung tax middle of the sem tapos bagsak pala ako. tssss.. pero sabi pa nga ng nanay ko, "dapat positive thinking"
1.5 Million na lang yung pampalubag loob ko. sabi pa nga ng pinsan ko "welcome to the family. the davao chapter is growing". tae... haha

One test down. Bad start for finals season though.
I was scanning through the questions when I got the paper. Thinking to myself, i know this and i think i can answer that. Then came the dreaded item: "What are the exempt transactions under the SRC?" (13 points)
FUCK! That enumeration was under my "hindi itatanong yan" category. I totally ignored that fucking provision because it was too fucking wordy. Shit shit shit. I was answering the other questionings while cursing at the same time because of that fucking item. Puta, exempt transactions pa yung lumabas!
And then the proctor, who my classmate calls "Hitler" because of his moustache, was listening to the radio through his phone. He probably didn't realize that he turned up the volume to the point that everyone inside the classroom could hear what he was listening to. Britney Spears! Toxic! pohta!
5 more tests to go. Tax this Wednesday. Sana ok lang yun.
